Every time real estate property in Australia changes ownership, a conveyancer is required to handle the transfer on behalf of the seller and buyer.

As a Right Choice Conveyancing franchisee, you operate under the RCC Conveyancer’s licence while training to acquire your own licence.

To become a conveyancer, you will have an eye for detail, be comfortable following strict processes and have a people-first focus. After all, you are helping people make the most important purchase of their lives – a new home.

Although your training is intense, you’ll be earning income from Week 1. This is because RCC will provide active client files to you and you will process them as part of your training – and of course, you receive client revenue for doing so.

As a Right Choice franchisee, you have an exclusive territory and will handle all Right Choice conveyancing work within your territory. Marketing includes lead generation for you by the franchisor and you will be actively engaged in building up relationships with key real estate agents and developers in your territory.

You won’t need an office, as this is a mobile business. Your sign-written car becomes both your office and your advertising billboard.
